Seascape is one of those DeFi networks that is sure to carry its community of users along with news, announcements, events, giveaways, play-to-earn games, and of course all of its network activities. Last week’s activities over the Seascape network were all about NFTs giveaway, and enabling yet another network bridge for Seascape native tokens. But then, significant performance records were issued by Seascape yet again with numbers topping like never before. Let’s see the updates in detail.
Special network announcement
Seascape has recorded significant growth across several networks especially in Total Value Locked (TVL), and they are pleased to bring it to public notice.
Seascape has crossed over $2.5million in the TVL mark on Moonriver. Recall that Moonriver is one of the newest DeFi networks where Seascape’s dApp — SeaDEX was first launched. With this value already locked in, Seascape is pushing for more expectations in the nearest future with Moonriver especially after the network announced recently that more games shall be added to Moonriver over the next few weeks.
Moreso, on the Ethereum network, BSC and Moonriver pulled together, Seascape has recorded way above $6million in Total Value Locked and still counting. The growth mark is very remarkable as there are more growth indicators in the pipeline for Seascape.
Seascape NFT giveaway
Seascape is set for a 2000 NFTs giveaway in collaboration with AscendEx — an asset trading platform.
To participate in the giveaway, a couple of easy tasks are required. The first is to provide your AscendEx UserID and Binance Smart chain wallet address. This also means that you must be a user of Ascend to participate in this Seascape’s giveaway.
By providing those two, you are automatically unlocking tasks that you must complete before getting your rewards.
Users are allowed to make multiple bonus entries for this giveaway session. The more tasks you unlock, the more entries you have as each participant can win up to 100 bonus entries.
For users with 40 bonus entries, 1000 lucky winners will be selected from among them for 1NFT each. And for users with over 70 bonus entries, 200 lucky winners will be selected and each will receive 5 NFTs. Rewards will be distributed to each winner’s BSC wallet within 15days after entries are taken. Goodluck.
$CWS now on Moonriver
Seascape has also announced that its native token $CWS is now on Moonriver. However, this development was made possible with the help of Meterpassport.
Meterpassport is a high-performance DeFi infrastructure that allows smart contracts to scale and travel seamlessly across heterogeneous blockchain networks.
What this means for Seascape’s $CWS is that users can now bridge $CWS on Eth to Moonriver. There seems to be a network restriction in the use of $CWS on Moonriver but with Meterpassport, the gap has been bridged.
